8. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments made through www.therecsa.com or at any of The Rec Sports Center physical locations are processed using secure and approved payment methods. The customer is required to pay the full subscription or service fee prior to accessing or activating the service.

Fees become non-refundable once the service has been activated or used, unless otherwise required under applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Customers may request a refund within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, provided that the subscription has not been activated and the service has not been used, in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

Refunds may be granted in full or partially under the following circumstances:

• If the service cannot be provided by the Center.
• If the registered facility is permanently closed without providing a reasonable alternative.
• If a technical error results in an incorrect charge.
• If there is a material misrepresentation in the description of the service.

Refund requests must be submitted through the Center’s official communication channels within the applicable period. Requests will be reviewed and responded to within fourteen (14) business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

All transactions become final upon the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period or upon commencement of service usage.

9. Restricted Countries

In compliance with Saudi Arabian law, The Rec Sports Center does not offer services or process payments for individuals or entities located in countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

10. Multiple Transactions

If you complete multiple transactions on www.therecsa.com, each may appear as a separate charge on your card statement. Please retain transaction records for your reference.
